It’s not a secret that we love food at the Open kitchen. We dedicate a great portion of our time and attention to the exploration of the culinary world, always avidly looking for new ways to show our passion and respect for food. We know that a fine drink can add new dimensions to the flavours and aromas of dishes, thus bringing the dining experience to an even higher level.

We’re happy to say that this year, we found a common food-love language with Merit Showroom by pairing up the dishes of the Open kitchen with remarkable drinks from their selection, such as Sir Edmond & Tonic, Chandon Garden Spritz and other wonderfully refreshing drinks. When creating the pairing, we had harmony in mind – the delicate notes of the carefully chosen drinks will shine even brighter, accompanied by the aromas and flavours of their food partners, thus elevating the flavours and creating a truly marvellous experience.
