Goodbye Spring, hello to Summer!

This Friday, June 16, we’re bidding farewell to Spring with another colourful, sunshiny Open kitchen, and keeping our fingers crossed that the only liquid there to refresh us will be cold drinks (and not some almost traditional June shower).

Let’s see, which fluids will quench our thirst after a fine lunch or light dinner at the Open kitchen this Friday:

Many stands will offer cooling in the shape of home-made lemonades and juices, Bianca from J&B Vinoteka will mix a rainbow of different spritzes, the 10 taps at the Craft Beer stand will pour Slovenian boutique beer, DobroVino will offer good wine (of course, since their name translates to good wine!), we’ll stop at Brina for a cocktail and a chat, sip on some “naturals” at Kletvica, take a photo with Martini Fiero Tonic at Merit Showroom (and try our luck in the prize game as well), or celebrate the debut of the newcomers – Drinx.si – with an ice cold margarita. We can cool off at the taps next to the stairs as well – there’s pleasantly cold drinking water running there, which is just perfect for refreshment!

And don’t forget: On Wednesday, June 21, we’re welcoming Summer at Bevkov trg in Nova Gorica. Between 11 AM and 9 PM, the original location of the Open kitchen in Nova Gorica is hosting our food market once again and we can’t wait to greet all tha locals, hungry and thirsty for culinary adventure.
