The Golden Shades of October

The leaves are gradually changing their colors, shifting into warmer hues. The sun emits that special golden light so characteristic of autumn. Slowly, ever so slowly, we start setting sweaters and other warmer clothing free from our closets – they’ve had a nice rest in this year's unusually long summer. May such an autumn last, one that sneaks into our lands with a gentle tempo...

Let it allow us to make the most of October Fridays and Saturdays, reserved for the Open kitchen. There are still 6 of them ahead of us: four Fridays in Ljubljana and two Saturdays on the go. On October 7th, Open Kitchen will bid farewell to Ptuj for this year, and on October 21st, we will conclude the season of guest appearances outside Ljubljana with an Open kitchen in Novo Mesto. If everything goes well (weather, we're looking at you!), we will conclude the season with a farewell Open kitchen at Pogačarjev trg on Friday, October 27th.

We hope to meet as often as possible in the last month of the season, enjoying seasonal delicacies, autumn sunshine, and pleasant company.

So, we will repeat our annual mantra: October, be good to us.
