Spring at the Open kitchen

Last week, we marked the official arrival of spring in Ljubljana, and together we've prepared a comeback like no other! Warm sun, cold drinks, good company, and the best selection of dishes - is there anything more wonderful?

Now, all that's left for us is to continue what we've started - to invite you to Pogačarjev trg every Friday, weather permitting, to enjoy the company of excellent eateries from all corners of Slovenia. More than 50 of them rotate through our weekly attendance list. There are some you already made friends with, some that will introduce themselves for the very first time this year, some that will join us every Friday, some that will visit us occasionally or wait for you to meet them at one of our visits in other Slovenian cities. From stews to pralines, from bowls to čevapi, from curry to flancati, from fuži to ribs, from mussels to štruklji, from tiramisu to pad thai, from lager to margarita, from refošk to champagne... Our incredible vendors will enchant you time and time again with their splendid selection of dishes, drinks, and selected products, accompanied by friendly smiles.
