One of the best culinary masters in Slovenia (there is no doubt about it), Luka Košir, is finally returning in our midst. Years have passed since he impressed us with trout sashimi and other delicacies, and now, after a few Michelin stars and other accolades, he will return with fresh ideas and tartars.
But he won't be coming back alone. He will be accompanied by top-notch kitchen appliances by Asko - a company that shares his affinity for all things practical (and Scandinavian) and, above all, a commitment to the most sustainable practices. Each of his visits to the Open kitchen will include a special workshop, which you can freely join at 6 p.m. at one of our corner stalls.
