Spring is just around the corner, and the birds have started chirping loudly, which can only mean one thing – we’ll soon be seeing you again! Season 13 of Open kitchen awaits, filled with novelties, surprises, and flavors that will take you from traditional Prekmurje specialties to authentic Mediterranean delights.

Joining Us for the First Time This Year

This year, for the first time, we are joined by Taverna Lyra, which will represent the flavors of sunny Greece with its authentic Greek cuisine; JB Restaurant, bringing gourmet cuisine to the streets of Ljubljana; Žmoht, which will move its street food dishes and seasonal menus from the outskirts to the city center; Langoš Atelier from Lendava, offering innovative interpretations of Prekmurje langoš; Pronto! Focacceria, delighting hungry stomachs with juicy Italian sandwiches.
