Where do the past, present, and future meet? At Brina, in a glass and at the panel discussion. This time, we're quite literally traveling through time with cocktails!
This year, together with selected guests and seasoned masters of the bar world, we’ll open a conversation on the evolution of mixology through time. It won’t just be about words, the drinking glass will speak, too. After the panel discussion, a cocktail tasting will follow, with drinks representing three different eras: the past, the present, and the future.

NATALI BORIĆ (Moderator of the round table: Mixology Through Time) @natali.boric
Natali brings rich experience from a Michelin-starred restaurant and the Chedi hotel in Switzerland, where she won a bar competition and later represented the hotel at the global Nikka Challenge in San Francisco. Today, she works as the Premium Spirits Brand Ambassador for Coca-Cola Adria, where she connects brands with people in an authentic and professional way.
JAN NOSE (The First Steps of Contemporary Mixology) @jan_nose
Jan Nose has been active in the world of spirits and cocktails for nearly two decades. Today, he trains hospitality professionals and advises bars on shaping their drink menus. He’s also a co-founder of the Bar Culture Slovenia community and one of the key figures in the development of modern mixology in Slovenia. Jan’s greatest reward is seeing industry professionals reach their full potential.
DOMINIK GOBEC (The Pulse of Today’s Mixology) @dominikgobec
Dominik has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. From Michelin-starred restaurants with two stars to consulting top-tier restaurants, hotels, and bars, he is now a co-creator of the Brina festival and a partner in Ljubljana’s bar Vrt Beli Volk. He believes in a relaxed yet high-quality approach to cocktails and guest experience.
JAN KRIŽAJ (The Future and the New Generations of Mixologists) @jan_krizaj
Jan Križaj is one half of the duo behind the cocktail bar Silk & Fizz and one of Slovenia’s most successful mixology competitors. He has taken part in numerous competitions at home and abroad, including earning 2nd place at the global Italicus competition. His focus lies on innovation, creativity, and cutting-edge techniques.
