This Friday at Pogačarjev trg, we’re not just celebrating another beautiful day but a truly special bite of history. Odprta kuhna is opening its “doors” and its heart for the 300th time!

From the very first Odprta kuhna until today, we’ve walked this path together, a path full of smiles, thousands of plates, countless warm encounters, and moments we’ll carry in our hearts forever.

We’re grateful to the City of Ljubljana for believing in us and making it possible for this project to even begin. Thank you to LPT, Tourism Ljubljana and Gourmet Ljubljana for being an important part of our story and for supporting us every step of the way.

A heartfelt thank you to all our vendors! Those who have been with us since season one and those who joined us later. Every one of you helps create the magic of Fridays at Pogačarjev trg.

A big thank you also goes out to all the small businesses and teams working behind the scenes, making sure every Friday is filled with scents, colours and flavours that come together in perfect harmony.

And the biggest thank you of all goes to our visitors and friends. Millions of you have come to Pogačarjev trg, tasted, toasted, danced and laughed with us.

With you, Pogačarjev truly feels like one big family kitchen. A place where scents and flavours mix with stories and laughter. Warm, welcoming and full of people who love to sit down together, chat and enjoy the simple things.
