We had a lot of fun and gave away a ton of prizes. But this isn’t just a memory - this year, together with Römerquelle Natural Mineral Water, we’ve organized another giveaway that could win you some great prizes.
You can participate on our Instagram profile - sometimes the contest will be posted in a Story, sometimes in a post - but since you follow us faithfully, you definitely won’t miss it.
We’ll ask you a contest question related to us or to Römerquelle, and the first person to select or type the correct answer will be the winner.
The winner can claim their prize on Friday at the Odprta kuhna INFO stand.
The prizes will be refreshing, practical, cool, and summery!

Rules and Terms of Participation in the Prize Competition "Römerquelle x Odprta kuhna Instagram Quiz 2026"
The purpose of these rules is to ensure equality for all participants and equal opportunities to win a prize upon meeting the conditions specified in the rules.
1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the prize competition "Römerquelle x Odprta kuhna Instagram Quiz 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the "prize competition") is OLAM d.o.o., Blažičeva ulica 51, 1000 Ljubljana, Tax ID: SI 3731499000, Registration No.: 95398309 (hereinafter: the organizer).
The prize competition is executed exclusively by the organizer.
The rules contain provisions relating to the organizer of the prize competition, the method of organizing the prize competition, the prize pool, conditions for participation, the method of informing participants of the prize competition, the organizer's liabilities towards participants of the prize competition, and other matters important for organizing a prize competition in goods.
Everyone who enters the prize competition, by participating, fully accepts these Rules, is familiar with them, and by participating in the prize competition under the conditions set forth in these Rules, fully agrees with them.

2. DURATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition takes place from July 3, 2026, to October 31, 2026, on the Instagram profile @odprtakuhna.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The purpose of the prize competition is the promotion of the organizer and the new, 14th season of Odprta kuhna, as well as the promotion of the Römerquelle and Coca-Cola brands.
4. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
All natural persons of full legal age with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia may participate in the prize competition.
A participant participates by submitting a correct answer to the published competition question on the Instagram profile @odprtakuhna.
Natural persons residing in the Republic of Slovenia who accept these general rules and are at least 16 years old on the day of participation may participate in the prize competition. Employees of the organizer, their immediate family members, and persons in affiliated companies of the organizer cannot participate in the prize competition. An entry or comment under a post sent in violation of the provisions of the first and/or second paragraph of this point shall be deemed invalid, and the participant shall be excluded from participation in the prize competition.
If the winner of one of the prizes is a minor (16–17 years old) or a person with restricted or deprived legal capacity, the prize will be accepted on their behalf and for their account by a legal representative/guardian, after signing a statement releasing the organizer from any liability arising in connection with the award of the prize, as well as the payment of damages or any claims. If necessary, guardianship shall be proven with a valid original document.
The organizer reserves the right to verify the above facts at its own discretion.
5. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
During the prize competition, the organizer will generally publish a competition question once or twice a month on the Instagram profile @odprtakuhna.
To participate, the participant must:
- follow the instructions in the individual post;
- write the answer to the asked question in a comment under the post.
The first participant who publishes the correct answer and meets the conditions of these rules shall be considered the winner.
An individual may participate in every published competition post.
The prize is awarded to the first participant who correctly answers the asked question in a comment under the post and meets the conditions of these rules.
The prize competition runs from 06. 07. 2026 up to and including 31. 10. 2026.
The organizer awards the following prizes:
A selection of promotional products of the Römerquelle and Coca-Cola brands
Products cannot be exchanged for cash payouts.
The organizer will identify the winner based on the Instagram profile through which the winner commented on the organizer's post. By participating in the prize competition, the winner accepts the rules of participation.
6. WINNERS
The winner is the first participant who correctly answers the published question.
The organizer will verify the correctness of the answer and compliance with the conditions of participation.
The winner will be notified of receiving the prize via a private message on Instagram or under the post.
By participating in the prize competition, the participant agrees that, in the event they become a winner, the organizer may publish their correct answer and username (profile) on the Instagram social network used to participate in the prize competition on the Instagram profile @odprtakuhna, exclusively for the purpose of publishing the results of the prize competition.
7. PRIZES AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES
The prize pool consists of promotional gifts from Coca-Cola HBC or the Römerquelle brand, including: caps, bags, keychains, sunglasses, and other promotional items.
The type of individual prize is determined upon each publication of the competition question.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
Prizes will change slightly during the prize competition; all changes and valid prizes or prize packages will be published continuously and in advance on the Odprta kuhna Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/odprtakuhna/).
8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS ABOUT WON PRIZES
The organizer uses the Instagram network to conduct the prize competition. The organizer will notify the winner of the drawn prize within 8 days after the draw via a message on the Instagram profile from which the winner commented on the organizer's post, and invite them to provide the necessary data within 8 days: first name, last name, date of birth, tax number (if the value of the prize exceeds EUR 42.00 including VAT), and a postal address in the Republic of Slovenia for prize delivery. The organizer will use this data solely for the purpose of conducting this prize competition. The organizer will store the specified personal data of the winners in accordance with applicable legislation.
If the winner does not respond within the specified time limit and does not submit the necessary additional information or proof, they lose the right to the prize, which shall then be received by the participant who was the second to correctly answer the asked question and meets the rules of the prize competition. The organizer is not responsible for any delay by the participant in accepting the prize if the participant overlooks the message on Instagram.
The organizer will deliver the prizes to the winners by mail or courier service to the addresses specified by the winners, which may be located exclusively in the Republic of Slovenia, within 30 days after receiving all required data from the winner.
Upon accepting the prize, the winner or a person authorized by the winner under a special power of attorney shall sign a prize acceptance statement, ending all further obligations of the organizer towards the winner, in accordance with these rules.
The prize recipient may waive the prize within 7 days of receiving the notification by sending a written statement to info@odprtakuhna.si stating that they waive the prize. In this case, the prize is awarded to a backup winner.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company OLAM d.o.o. undertakes to respect personal data protection standards set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. The controller of the personal data collection is Olam d.o.o. Contact details of the Data Protection Officer: info@odprtakuhna.si.
The participant in the prize competition allows the organizer, as the controller of the personal data collection, until revocation by the participant or until the purpose of data processing is fulfilled, to keep, maintain, and process the collection of provided personal data for the needs of conducting the prize competition in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679).
The participant in the prize competition may revoke consent to processing at any time, but revocation does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to revocation. The participant revokes consent free of charge, by written notice to the organizer's address or to the email address info@odprtakuhna.si. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679), the company guarantees the data subject the exercise of rights defined in Articles 12 to 23, as well as other rights guaranteed by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the applicable Personal Data Protection Act.
An individual may exercise their rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability by filing a request sent to the company address: Olam d.o.o., Blažičeva 51, 1000 Ljubljana, or to the email address: info@odprtakuhna.si. The company shall decide on the data subject's request within one month of receiving a complete request; this period may be extended by up to two additional months if necessary. If the company does not decide on the data subject's request, or if the individual believes that their personal data is stored or processed in any other way contrary to applicable regulations, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
The winner allows the organizer of the prize competition to publish their Instagram profile name in public media and on the World Wide Web for the purpose of informing the public about the results of the draw or prize acceptance.
10. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
The liability of the organizer for lost shipments or incorrectly specified personal data of prize recipients, as well as for winning notifications that are illegible, incomplete, or were not received in the manner specified by these rules, is completely excluded.
Prize recipients do not have the right to request a different prize or prizes in larger quantities than those specified in these rules. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other items or transferred to a third party without the prior consent of the organizer.
The organizer assumes no liability for any damage arising as a result of accepting, redeeming, or using the prizes, with which the participant expressly agrees by participating in this prize competition.
The organizer also does not assume any other costs associated with the prize competition and delivering prizes to recipients, except those defined in these rules.
Participation is personal and third-party and/or automated entries/submissions will not be accepted. Identities created solely for the purpose of altering, falsifying, or manipulating any relevant parameters of the game, as well as fraudulent participation in any other form, are prohibited and will not be accepted.
A winner may be disqualified if the winner: a) does not meet the conditions set forth herein, b) failed to provide correct or complete address details, c) does not respond to the organizer's notification within the prescribed time limits, d) commits acts that raise reasonable doubt as to the correctness or fairness of participation, e) for any reason cannot accept the prize as set forth herein.
The organizer reserves the right to correct obvious errors in the publication of the rules or the publication of winners without prior notice.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules if required by technical or commercial reasons or reasons on the side of the public. The organizer will inform participants of all changes and news regarding the prize competition through posts on the Odprta kuhna Instagram profile.
The organizer of the prize competition, Olam d.o.o., pays all costs of tax withholdings.
