GIVEAWAY RULES AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. General Provisions The organizer of the giveaway is OLAM d.o.o., Blažičeva ulica 51, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the organizer). The giveaway takes place on the official Instagram profile of Odprta kuhna (@odprtakuhna) from the moment of publication until Friday, August 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Meta / the Instagram platform is not a sponsor, administrator, or executor of this giveaway and is not associated with it in any way. All questions or complaints should be directed directly to the organizer.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the culinary market event Odprta kuhna, as well as the offer and beverage stand BRINA.
3. Eligibility Criteria Natural persons are eligible to participate in the giveaway. Since the prize pool contains alcoholic beverages, only legal adults (18+) may participate in the giveaway. If it is determined during the draw that the drawn person is under 18 years of age, their selection shall be voided and the organizer will conduct a new draw. Employees of the organizer, persons directly involved in the execution of the giveaway, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Legal entities cannot participate.
4. How to Participate To enter the giveaway, participants must perform the following actions on Instagram under the official giveaway post during the giveaway period:

Each individual may submit multiple comments and thereby increase their chances of winning.
5. Prize Pool The organizer will draw 2 winners, each receiving:
2x cocktail of choice at the BRINA stand at Odprta kuhna on August 29, 2026, in Koper.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other products and is non-transferable to third parties.
6. Drawing and Notification of Winners The draw will take place on Friday, August 28, 2026, using a random electronic selection tool. The result is final. Winners will be notified of their prize via a reply to their comment or via a direct message (DM) on Instagram. The winner explicitly agrees to the publication of their username on the @odprtakuhna profile.
7. Prize Claim The winner must respond via direct message within 24 hours of receiving the notification and confirm that they meet the adulthood requirement (18+). The prize (2 cocktails) must be collected in person at the INFO point at Odprta kuhna in Koper on August 29, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM upon presenting a valid ID (for identification and verification of the 18+ age requirement). If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the prize shall be forfeited.
8. Personal Data Protection The data controller is OLAM d.o.o. (contact: info@odprtakuhna.si). Participant data will be used exclusively for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and verifying age compliance in accordance with the GDPR and applicable legislation. Participants may revoke their consent to data processing at any time by sending a written notice to info@odprtakuhna.si.
9. Liability of the Organizer The organizer accepts no responsibility for disruptions in the operation of the Instagram network or for the cancellation of the Odprta kuhna event in Koper due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather conditions). The organizer encourages responsible drinking. The Minister of Health warns: Alcohol consumption can be harmful to health!
