Barba Fusion Salt
In every glass of Barba Salt, there's love for good food. The basic ingredient that gives it a hint of history, culture and quality, is the traditional salt from Slovene salt pans, and fleur the sel, often called white gold at the coast. They aromatize the salt with natural, mostly local ingredients, and mix it by hand. Barba salt can be an independent spice or used in combinations, following inspiration; in cold and warm dishes and - with a little imagination - also in deserts.
