Domačija Lisjak greets us at the end of a valley, full of vineyards and orchards, right next to the Vipava river. This is the home of the bora wind, vineyards and typical Vipava dishes. The Lisjak family upgrades them with a pinch of extravagance and modernity, but they cook with home-made cured meats, wine from the house cellar and home-grown veggies.
