With the Mihovec family, the good old Slovenian classics are given a modern makeover by their creativity and playfulness, but they're loyal to tradition - if the ingredients are not from their garden, they were brought from the neighbouring woods or the orchard next door. Their veal liver has managed to convert many visitors of the Open kitchen that swore they don't eat liver at all.
