Family tradition

If someone knows good horse meat, it's the Krušič family - their butchery has been the family business for more than half a century! The Krušič kitchen is always the place for fans of quality horse meat and on Thursday evenings the youngest generation flips burgers there. They prepare various street food specialties for the Open kitchen, from skewers and sausages to a phenomenal goulash in a bread bowl to warm us up in the colder months.
