Don’t be fooled by the summer stillness - at the Open kitchen, we’re not missing any liveliness or tastiness!
We’re happy to say that the Gostišče Grič team is joining us for the first time this year! So, everyone that’s missed Luka’s sashimi, the duck steamed buns and amazingly yummy and outstandingly beautiful cakes by Barbara - Friday’s your day! After a short absence, the JB restavracija team is also coming back to spoil us with their creations, Domačija Lisjak 1956 is presenting new sauces for their homemade pasta, and Vino & Ribe will provide some seaside vibes. We’ll cool our hot heads with refreshing lemonades and home-made ice teas, brightly coloured spritzes and summer craft beer.

Goodies everywhere
By the indoor market, there’ll be many goodies and beauties of Slovenia - the Ptuj tourist office will present the Mestni Hill farm with awesome cured meats and the Druzovič Winery with their SiSi line. The Barba Salt team from the Coast is tickling our taste buds with their coloured aromatic salts.

Looking into the future
At the end of the month, we’re travelling to Ptuj - Saturday, July 28 is reserved for enjoying great food and refreshing drinks in the summer festival atmosphere in the oldest Slovenian city.

Pivo & Burger Fest - fall edition
Before you all run off to your well-deserved holidays all around the globe, we have some great news for all you beer and burger heads - the fall edition of the Pivo & Burger Fest is happening on Saturday and Sunday, September 29 & 30! Every the beerosopher’s and burgerphile’s favourite weekend will take place at the Pogačarjev Square in Ljubljana!
