What are the stargazers up to these days?

The stargazers keep on stargazing.

Following the “Take a peek at the stars. Start something priceless.” campaign, prepared by the Sous Chef team and Mastercard, we’re still calling upon the talented and hardworking chefs, who helped put Slovenia on the map of the must-visit gastronomic destinations by winning the first batch of Michelin stars for our country.

During the winter, we visited chef Gregor Vračko of Hiša Denk, the only Michelin star awarded restaurant in the Štajerska region.

Chef Gregor Vračko is an extraordinary character. Seemingly casual, he goes about the work that he loves dearly but does not look at it through rose-tinted glasses, remaining well aware that the success of Hiša Denk is the result of the team’s hard work and dedication, his wife’s Alenka support, and influenced by his harshest critic, little Mila.
