We are proud to announce that you can once again read about the Open kitchen in prestigious media such as TIME. We already put the celebratory champagne on the ice, of course.

TIME revealed its third annual list of the World’s Greatest Places, highlighting 100 extraordinary travel destinations around the world. Among them, Ljubljana was described as the culinary capital with its already acclaimed gastronomic scene boosting after last year's visit from the Michelin Guide. Their curiosity was sparked by the Michelin star winning restaurant Atelje and its chef Jorg Zupan’s ideas, by an eco-friendly hostel The Fuzzy Log, offering the lodgings under the Ljubljana’s starry sky, and a repurposed sugar refinery Cukrarna that will soon come to life as a mixed-use cultural venue. They also mentioned the Open kitchen. They said it is one of the city's most beloved culinary traditions. It is so nice to hear that! 

We are happy TIME paid a tribute to the people and businesses of the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors that had to face extraordinary circumstances, adapt and use their creativity to face and overcome the challenges. We are humbled to be recognized among this brave and innovative crowd.
