Courage, dear friends!

Last December we cautiously hoped for a better year ahead and treaded as carefully as possible. If anything, these past times gave us a lesson and threw out the window everything we thought we knew about planning and certainty.

To hell with it! We have had enough. This year we will be brave and demand more! More happiness, more ease, more joyous laughter and warm hugs. We, all good people, deserve better times. Oh, we will not go gentle this time, we will (and Dylan Thomas would probably agree) roar and rage against the dying of the light inside us, the light that makes us human, that makes our lives worth living! We will strive for joy, for truth, for good.

So let’s try something new this year. Let’s close our eyes, cross our fingers, wish (and plan) for 2022 to be filled with love, good taste and unforgettable moments. We will soon try to catch those in our hearts and bellies (for the 10th season in a row) on every sunny Friday at Pogačarjev trg. We can’t wait!
