We won’t wait for the month of Maying, oh no. The happy days of the Open kitchen will soon be here again!

You marked March 18th in your calendars, right?

Embarking on the 10th season of the Open kitchen, we ponder, reminisce and wonder about how far we’ve come in these past years. We marvel at the ever-growing concept of the Open kitchen, exceeding our wildest expectation in influencing the culinary blossoming of Slovenia that has not yet reached its peak.

Of course, these past two years have not been good to us and our dear friends, but there seems to be a *knock on wood* glistening of light on the horizon as we await those delightful days of spring. Of course, the current world events seem far from optimistic and need to be taken seriously. But there comes a time when we have to exhale and chase away the dark clouds of worrying. There comes a time to sweep away those last cobwebs of unease, turn our faces to the warm sunlight and remind ourselves how it feels to laugh aloud, free of every trouble.

Thank you, dear friends, for accompanying us on the path to brighter days. Please, do come by on March 18th, so we can hug, cheer, spend a few moments looking back and plan an adventure or two, but most importantly, taste what’s good. What’s good? Everything is good!
