We rise by lifting others

Being good is a reward in itself.

So many incredible things happened in recent years, months, and days, and we've met so many amazing people on our path. We warmly look back on these moments while planning our projects in the hope of a brighter future for all.

One such project is our most recent one – We rise by lifting others – which we've designed together with MINI Slovenia. This is the main idea: on our Open kitchen trips around Slovenia, we will be joined by the lovers of good food and great MINI cars. We will welcome them with open arms and a care package of goods provided by our vendors. They will deliver the package to the charity organisation, establishment or group of individuals benefiting from it that we chose together with our co-organizers.

On the first expedition of this kind, we were joined in Vipava on May 21st by a playful team from the culinary project Pojejme. Tjaša and Haris visited us on Glavni trg and, after a short hang-out and tasting session, set on their way to deliver the care package to the occupational activity centre Ajdovščina-Vipava and meet with their residents and employees. We are happy we managed to make their day brighter – big thanks to all who made it happen!

Similar expeditions are planned for our upcoming visits to Ptuj, Novo mesto, Slovenj Gradec and Nova Gorica. We look forward to those already!
