Brina awaits

We are so pleased by Brina’s return! If you were with us at the magical first event in 2019, you surely remember the incredible atmosphere in the company of the greatest distillers, sommeliers, mixology experts, chefs and DJs.

We believe this year’s Brina will be even more enticing, wonderful, and magical. We will spend our Saturday (from noon to 11 p.m) mingling among the colourful stands of 15 magical potion makers, posing as curious sensory scientists for juniper and other herb-infused drinks - solo or mixed in a variety of cocktails with summerish tastes. The exquisite offer from renowned Slovenian distilleries – AP gin, Bratinov gin, Berryshka, Brin gin, Broken Bones, Destilarna Karakter, Gin Monologue, Limbay gin, Parson gin in Petriot – will be joined by an assortment of foreign gins – Monkey gin, Dingle Original, Whitley Neill & Heymans, Sharish and 14 Botanik (represented by GinSpot), as well as Bombay Sapphire, Sax and Sir Edmond (represented by Merit). The citrus and other refreshing fruit bites decorating the festival glasses will hopefully not be the only bite you try since the enthusiastic teams from the TaBar Restaurant and Veganika Bistro will prepare a range of dishes to pair with your potion of choice. For rehydration, disguised as a palette cleanser, an offer of non-alcoholic drinks will be available as well. The Brina festival is organized in cooperation with Ljubljana Tourism and their Gourmet Ljubljana brand.

For the even more relaxed vibing in the rhythm of the clinking ice cubes … At Križanke’s entrance, the smiling youngsters will provide you with the festival pay card. The user fee for the card (2 EUR) will grant you your own festival glass, which you will be able to rinse or exchange at the designated washing stations. Also, in the famous words of Baz Luhrmann - wear sunscreen.
