The renowned Michelin guide awarded the best restaurants in Slovenia, and we couldn’t be more proud.
Celebrating the Open kitchen’s 10th season, we spoke again and again of the remarkable creativity fueling the Slovenian culinary scene and the incredible chefs that put their hearts, souls, sweat and tears (of joy, hopefully) into their work. Their exceptional ideas, dedication and enthusiasm put Slovenia on the culinary map of the world, standing proudly in the company of the biggest and the best.
We are humbled and proud to have played a part in the phenomenal progress of the field and stood shoulder to shoulder with these great people, now reaping the fruits of their hard work.
We look forward to future meetings, greetings, celebrations and collaborations.
