Open Kitchen’s Spring Journey

We all know that Fridays until the end of October are reserved for culinary gatherings on Ljubljana's Pogačar Square, but on Saturdays we also like to go on trips to other Slovenian cities with our wonderful providers. We are starting this year's 14th season with full momentum, so we have already prepared our suitcases (and pans!) for our first spring tours.

This year, we will first stop where the winds ruffle our hair and where we are always welcomed with open hearts, and then continue our journey along the sea and further along the hills of Dolenjska all the way to the oldest Slovenian city. We share with you the dates and locations in the list below:

• April 11: Ajdovščina, Lavričev trg (from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

• April 18: Izola, Lonka (11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

• April 25: Novo mesto, Glavni trg (11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

• May 13: Nova Gorica, Delpinova street (11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

• May 16: Ptuj, Mestni trg (11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

Of course, these are not our only routes this year, and you can be sure that you will be among the first to be informed about all the next tours that are coming our way in the rest of the season!

Old acquaintances and new hits will be waiting for you at our stands - from delicious langoustines and juicy burgers to exotic Vietnamese flavors, perfectly baked ribs, traditional žlinkrofs, colorful macarons and legendary sweet štruklji.
