BRINA: We’ll be mixing it up for a full 4 days

Brina is one of those events where we’ve always found ourselves wondering why it’s already over, because we always wanted more. And this year, there will be more - much more.
The cocktail and mixology festival will last a full four days, from Thursday, June 11, through Sunday, June 14. We’ll take you on a journey into the wonderful world of cocktail mixing, give you the chance to learn a thing or two, and of course, we’ll have fun, just like we always do at Brina. 

What (and when) is in store for us?

Day 1: June 11 – MASTERS IN THE HOUSE (bar takeover)

Three world-renowned bartenders will take over three of our exceptional bars in Ljubljana. Come, mingle, enjoy, try their cocktails, and watch them create their masterpieces. Because on Friday, you’ll also have the chance to learn a thing or two…

Day 2: June 12 – BEHIND THE BAR (workshop day)

On the second day, we’ll slow things down a bit and learn a lot. Each of the three world-renowned bartenders will introduce themselves, give us a glimpse into their world, and talk about their philosophy and the bar. This will be followed by a ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION on the hottest topics in mixology, the future of the industry, everything happening behind the scenes, what makes this work exceptional, and how to improve… This will be an OPEN EVENT (FREE ADMISSION), so come prepared—you can learn a lot from the best in the industry.

Day 3: June 13 – BRINA UNLEASHED (the main event)

On Saturday, together with more than fifteen vendors, we’ll create the atmosphere that our loyal visitors already know and love. And for those of you coming for the first time this year—get ready for what’s sure to become your favorite way to kick off summer in Ljubljana. We’ll be announcing the performers for the main event soon, but we can hint that there will be plenty of them. 

Day 4: June 14 – CHEERS&GOODBYES (Brina Brunch)

We’ll see you on Sunday to chat about everything we’ve experienced over the past three days. Where? At a relaxed and cozy brunch at Vrt Beli Volk in the heart of Ljubljana. Along with excellent cocktails, we’ll enjoy some snacks and listen to great music. 

We will mix it up like we’ve never mixed before.
