Because you welcomed them with such incredible enthusiasm in past seasons, we are thrilled to spoil you with them again this year!
In cooperation with Ljubljana Tourism, the main partner of the 14th season of Odprta kuhna, we have once again designed a selection of special tasting menus. These beautifully bring together the rich diversity of Slovenian gastronomy, the legendary hits of our vendors, and a few completely new, exciting flavors.
For years, Odprta kuhna has remained the heart of relaxed Friday gatherings, a space to explore global culinary trends and discover traditions from all corners of Slovenia. In this year's selection, the menus intertwine traditional local dishes, modern culinary approaches, creative vegetarian plates, and top-tier street food vibes. To make the experience truly perfect, each menu is accompanied by a uniquely curated liquid refreshment.

• Urban Ljubljana Menu: A four-course tasting stroll through the capital that feels both diverse and familiar. It combines selected creations of our long-standing partners with fresh culinary surprises.
• Tasty Slovenia Menu: A four-course culinary journey that will take you from the rich plains of Prekmurje all the way to the delightful desserts of Gorenjska and the hints of the Mediterranean.
• Vegetarian Menu: Four courses full of color and freshness, showcasing the very best our marketplace has to offer to lovers of meat-free delicacies.
• Kids’ Menu: A playful and delicious selection that will instantly win over the youngest foodies, though adults will definitely want to steal a bite from their plates too.
How to book your tasting indulgence at Odprta kuhna?
Tasting menus are available every (sunny) Friday at 12:00 PM or 5:00 PM. As spots are limited, we advise you to secure your culinary date in time.
