Supporting the No Leftovers Week project


On Friday, May 26, the No Leftovers Week will begin at the Open kitchen. It’s an initiative, dedicated to reducing food waste in Slovenia and making sure that food becomes a value again. In collaboration with many renowned chefs that participate at the Open kitchen regularly, we’re happy to join the project. At the stand’s of the vendors joining the project you’ll be able to try the dishes prepared according to the Zero Waste philosophy.

We’re extremely happy to announce that on that day the Open kitchen will be visited by one of the best chefs in the world, the one and only Massimo Bottura. He himself is a great supporter of the Zero Food Waste philosophy and the initiator of the international Food for Soul movement. He’ll join chef Luka Jezeršek at Pogačarjev trg square in presenting a Zero Food Waste dish to the visitors.
