Fogy Tartufi

For more than 20 years, Fogy Tartufi has been demonstrating the possibilities of cooking with truffles, aiming to bring them closer to everyone, as the world of truffles is vast and wonderful.
On Fridays, they will serve us fresh pasta with truffles combined with sausage, sea bream, or porcini mushrooms, but their playful Istrian nature won't let them rest until they offer something a little more unusual. You'll have to find out for yourself what that is. :)
