Youthful tradition

The young Barbara team honours their ancestors' legacy and nurtures the Idrija culinary tradition. That's why, as so many generations before them, they still make the žlikrofi by hand in the 500-year old house, standing right in front of the famous mercury mine. However, they're not resting on the laurels of their culinary heritage, but rather invent new flavours. One of their most yummy, interesting and popular innovations is definitely the chocolate žlikrof.
