What’s new on Friday

This Friday, we’re welcoming some teams we’ve missed at Pogačarjev square in the past couple of weeks.

Škrubi is coming back from the hills of Koroška - not without his famous nudli and homemade sausage with a side of bread-horseradish, of course! Željka’s sweet delights will keep us going again because Torterija is back. Also returning is the Koren team, taking care of all the fans of homemade pasta. We won't be bored and we won’t go hungry!

Next to the covered market building, we’ll explore the treasures of Slovenia’s culinary.
This week the beauties and goodies of Slovenia will be presented by Ormož, writing the Prlekija culinary story with the help of Oljarna Središče oil makers and Pep’s Wines winery, the Land of Celje, showing off one of the hops growing centres of Slovenia - Žalec and giving us a taste of sheep milk cheeses from the Novak farm near Vransko, and the team from Kamnik, proving they’re a city of microbrewing and exquisite flavours with the help of the Mali grad Brewery.
We’ll enjoy the first gin from Ljubljana, made by Broken Bones, admire the contrast between soft and sharp lines of Atelje Mali’s wooden products and fall in love with the fairytale ceramics of the Shrusko duet again and again.
