Another summer hangout

Now that the summer is slowly (like, really slowly) turning into fall we are starting to appreciate every single summer day. The meteorologists are predicting a hot August Friday and we’re happy to know that we’ll enjoy great food and drinks at Pogačarjev square in the sunshine and that our summer clothes don’t have to retire just yet. :)

Considering the forecast, the return of the Nonbiri team from their vacation is just what the doctor ordered - we’re sure that everyone agrees there’s nothing like sushi and a refreshing ice tea to soothe us in the heat.

Next to the covered market, we’ll discover the treasures of Nova Gorica, the melting pot of many influences, that give this otherwise young town a remarkable richness of tradition. The team from Slovenj Gradec will present the culture and cuisine of the Mislinja valley and give us a taste of rye bread with homemade cured meats, straight from the pristine nature of Koroška. We’ll admire the beautiful craft by Jernej from Atelje Mali, welcome the Kržič family and their Brodka in our midst again, and have Barba aromatic salt makers spice up our lives.

There’ll be plenty for everyone, you just have to show up!
